These terms apply to use of proseriesgo.com and purchases from PROSERIES GO. Shopify provides our store platform.
2. Orders and destinations
We currently accept delivery orders for the United States, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and check product compatibility before purchasing. Contact us promptly to request a correction or cancellation; we will explain whether the order can still be changed without limiting any statutory cancellation right.
Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods. If a material price or description error affects your order, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund the affected order, subject to your legal rights.
3. Products and compatibility
Read each product description, model compatibility and included accessories before ordering. References to device brands and models describe compatibility unless the product is expressly identified as an original branded item. Such references do not by themselves imply endorsement or affiliation. Product images and screen colours may vary, but this does not limit your right to goods matching their description.
4. Prices and payment
The price, currency, available payment methods, shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively alter an accepted order. Any international import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy and remain subject to applicable law.
5. Shipping
Goods are dispatched from warehouses in the United States or China within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Dispatch is not delivery. Delivery depends on origin, destination, carrier and customs. See our Shipping Policy for details. We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations if a carrier or supplier is involved.
6. Returns, cancellations and faulty goods
Our Returns and Refund Policy explains our 30-day voluntary return policy, returns to China, return costs, assessment of defects and statutory remedies. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping where lawful. We bear return costs where applicable law requires us to do so. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or consumer guarantee rights.
7. Warranty
See our Warranty and Legal Notice. Any commercial warranty is additional to statutory rights and does not replace them.
8. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, malicious software or interference with other users or the service. We may restrict misuse, without removing rights relating to existing purchases.
9. Content and third-party services
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal shopping and as otherwise permitted by law. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as your seller.

11. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes mandatory protections available to consumers under applicable law.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of the laws applicable in their country of residence. This does not restrict any mandatory right to bring proceedings in a competent local court. Contact us first if you have a complaint so we can seek a resolution.
13. Changes and contact
Updates apply prospectively and do not reduce rights under existing orders. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Questions or complaints may be sent to info@proseriesgo.com.
